This FAQ answers common questions about our Social Media Management services, including how posts are scheduled, what’s included in each plan, and how optional add-ons work. The goal is simple: clear expectations, predictable service, and no surprises.
Our service focuses on consistent content creation and publishing across major platforms. We write captions, format posts correctly, and publish them on a predictable weekday schedule.
This service is designed to keep your business visible and professional – without managing conversations or chasing trends.
One post equals one piece of content, which is cross-posted to:
- X (Twitter)
- Google Business Profile
Posts are not counted separately per platform. A Special Announcement post counts toward the overall number of posts in your package.
The number of posts depends on your plan:
- Pulse Plan – 1 post per week (4 posts per month)
- Momentum Plan – 2 posts per week (8 posts per month)
- Authority Plan – 3 posts per week (12 posts per month)
All plans follow a use-it-or-lose-it policy. Unused posts do not roll over.
The base service includes photo-based content with:
- Professionally written captions
- Emojis and hashtags
- Platform-appropriate formatting
If more than 10 photos are provided (up to 30), they are converted into an animated photo montage video with royalty-free background music.
- Up to 30 photos maximum per post
- Up to 10 photos posted individually
- More than 10 photos converted into a montage video
You must provide a very brief description of each group of photos so we may create an appropriate caption. All photos submitted are assumed approved for posting. WONGA Studios does not select or filter photos for content suitability. If you do not want a photo posted, please do not submit it.
Photo submissions exceeding 30 images may require additional fees or may be declined.
Video is available as an optional add-on.
Video Content Support Add-On includes:
- Use of client-provided video clips
- Basic formatting and optimization
- Light trimming if needed
- One video per post maximum
Not included: filming, advanced editing, motion graphics, or text overlays.
Note: Google Business Profile will still receive a single image due to platform limitations.
To be included in a given week’s posting schedule:
- Content must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the previous business day
- Late submissions may be moved to the next available posting window
- Same-day or immediate posting is not guaranteed
This policy ensures content is handled accurately and consistently.
Posting Days & Times
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (local time)
- No weekend or holiday posting
Holiday-related posts (such as holidays, special events, or seasonal announcements) may be created and scheduled in advance to publish on the appropriate date, provided content is submitted with sufficient notice.
Same-day, weekend, or on-demand posting is not included as part of this service.
This schedule allows for proper review, formatting, and platform-appropriate publishing.
No. WONGA Studios does not offer real-time or on-demand posting as part of this service.
- Posts are scheduled as part of a weekly workflow
- “Please post this now” or “Can this go up in the next hour?” requests are outside the scope of service
- Time-sensitive content should be submitted well in advance whenever possible
Urgent or last-minute requests may be declined or scheduled for the next business day.
How Posting Dates Are Determined
Posting days and times are selected by WONGA Studios based on:
- Platform best practices
- Content type
- Overall posting balance
Specific posting times are not guaranteed unless agreed to in advance.

Comment moderation, message replies, and review responses are not included.
No. Social media performance depends on platform algorithms, audience behavior, and market conditions.
WONGA Studios does not guarantee reach, engagement, followers, or sales.
Business Profile Optimization is a one-time service that improves your Google Business Profile or Facebook Business Page for accuracy, clarity, and local visibility.

For restaurants and food service businesses, menu setup in Google Business Profile is handled as a
separate add-on due to the time and detail involved.
Restaurant Menu Setup Add-On includes:
- Full menu entry into Google Business Profile
- Organized sections and item listings
- Pricing added if provided
- Basic formatting and accuracy checks
Ongoing menu updates are not included and may be billed separately.
Clients submit photos, videos, and notes through a private WhatsApp group. WONGA Studios handles caption writing, formatting, and publishing. A free WhatsApp account is required. You can download the WhatsApp program for a variety of platforms using this link.
You must provide:
- Admin or editor access to all social media platforms
- Admin access to your Google Business Profile

Plans are billed monthly and can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled with proper notice, as outlined in your service agreement.
