This FAQ explains how our photography services are structured, including image selection, delivery counts, timelines, and usage. Our goal is to set clear expectations and ensure you understand how professional, business-focused photography projects are planned and delivered.
All photography projects are scoped around a guaranteed number of final, edited images, not the total number of photos taken during the session.
During a shoot, many more photographs are captured than are ultimately delivered. This allows us to select the strongest images that meet our quality and branding standards.
Each project or package includes a specific number of final images, which is clearly defined and agreed upon in advance.
You are guaranteed delivery of that number of finished photographs.
No. Clients are not entitled to receive all photos taken during a session.
As with professional wedding and commercial photographers, only a curated selection of the best images is delivered. Many photos are taken to account for lighting, composition, focus, movement, and expression, but only a small percentage meet the quality standards required for final release.
After the shoot, WONGA Studios will:
- Review and curate the strongest images from the session
- Present a preselected proof gallery of the best photos
- Allow the client to choose their final images from that selection
- Deliver the agreed-upon number of fully edited photographs
This process ensures quality, consistency, and efficient delivery.
Yes, but it is not recommended.
Clients may request to purchase the entire session for an additional fee. However, this includes unselected images that may contain duplicates, test shots, lighting variations, or images that do not meet our release standards.
For most business use cases, the curated final images provide far greater value.

Delivering only the strongest images ensures:

Yes. All delivered images receive professional post-processing appropriate to the project scope, such as color correction, exposure adjustments, and basic retouching.
Advanced retouching or additional edits may require additional fees.
Final images are delivered digitally in formats appropriate for their intended use (web, print, or both). Specific delivery requirements should be discussed before the shoot.
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and image volume, but most business photography projects are delivered within a few weeks after image selection is finalized.
Once project scope has been defined and a formal price has been quoted, the on-location shoot date must be booked with a 50% deposit to reserve the time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after that 72-hour window forfeit the deposit, as the date has been reserved and production time has been committed.
Service pricing includes local travel within 50 miles round-trip of WONGA Studios. Projects requiring travel beyond this distance may incur additional travel-related fees, which can include mileage, airfare, lodging, and per-diem expenses depending on the location and duration of the project.
Any required travel costs are discussed, itemized, and approved in advance before work is scheduled. No travel expenses are incurred without prior client approval.
