Motion Graphics & Broadcast Animation FAQ

This FAQ answers common questions about our motion graphics and broadcast animation services, including pricing, runtime limits, revisions, and project timelines. The goal is to provide clear expectations and help you understand how motion projects are scoped and delivered.

We create a range of motion graphics and broadcast-style animation, including:

  • Logo animations and stingers
  • Explainer animations
  • Social media motion graphics
  • Broadcast-style lower thirds and transitions
  • Audio-reactive and visualizer content

All motion work is designed for real-world use across web, video, social media, and presentations.

Motion projects are priced based on:

  • Runtime length (5, 15, or 30 seconds)
  • Animation complexity
  • Number of scenes or elements
  • Intended use and output formats

Starter packages cover the most common needs. Custom projects are quoted separately.

Runtime refers to the final animated output length, not drafts, previews, or revisions.

For example:

  • A 5-second logo stinger = 5 seconds of finished animation
  • A 15-second explainer = 15 seconds total runtime

Additional versions or extended runtimes may require additional fees.

Yes, each project includes a defined number of revisions based on the package or project scope.

Revisions are intended for refinements – not complete redesigns. Requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees.

Basic structure and pacing are included for most projects.

Full scriptwriting, detailed storyboards, or narrative development may be scoped separately depending on project needs.

No. Voiceover talent and recording are not included by default.

If voiceover is required, it can be added as a separate service or coordinated using client-provided audio.

Yes. Motion graphics can be formatted for social media platforms, including aspect ratios and file types appropriate for each platform.

Final usage requirements should be discussed at the start of the project.

Yes. We create audio-reactive and visualizer-style motion content using client-provided audio.

These projects are scoped based on:

  • Audio length
  • Visual complexity
  • Intended platform or display

Yes. Motion graphics often complement video projects, including:

  • Intros and outros
  • Lower thirds
  • Titles and transitions

When combined with video production services, motion work stays visually consistent with the overall project.

Final deliverables may include:

  • MP4 or MOV video files
  • Platform-optimized versions (when requested)

Source files are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

Timelines depend on:

  • Project complexity
  • Revision rounds
  • Client feedback turnaround

Most starter motion projects are completed within a few weeks once all assets and approvals are received.

Typically, we’ll need:

  • Logo files or brand assets (if applicable)
  • Any required text or messaging
  • Usage details (where the animation will be used)
  • Audio files (if applicable)

Clear inputs help keep projects on schedule.

All motion graphics projects are delivered in standard HD resolution (1080p or lower) by default. Higher resolutions, including 4K, or non-standard resolutions, are available at an additional cost and must be requested before production begins.

Requests for higher-resolution delivery made after production has started may incur additional fees or reprocessing time.

Motion graphics are a great fit if you want to:

  • Add polish and professionalism to videos
  • Improve brand recognition
  • Explain services visually
  • Create more engaging digital content

If you’re unsure which package fits best, we’re happy to recommend an option based on your goals.
