This FAQ answers common questions about our IT and networking services, including on-site support, pricing, travel, maintenance plans, and scope. The goal is to set clear expectations and help you understand how business-focused IT support is delivered.

We do not offer consumer tech support for personal devices.

If you’re unsure whether your environment is a good fit, we’re happy to review your needs before scheduling work.

Yes. Most IT and networking services are performed on-site to ensure proper setup, testing, and documentation.

Remote support may be available for certain issues when appropriate, but on-site service is often required for network, hardware, and infrastructure work.

IT and networking services are priced based on:

  • Type of service required
  • System and network complexity
  • Number of devices involved
  • Time and scope of work

Some services are billed hourly, while others are quoted as fixed-scope projects. All pricing is discussed and approved in advance.

Yes. Ongoing IT support and maintenance plans are available for businesses that want predictable, proactive support.

These plans typically include scheduled maintenance, monitoring, and priority service.

To begin IT or networking work, we typically need:

  • A description of the issue or goal
  • Information about existing hardware and software
  • Access to the environment (on-site or credentials, as appropriate)
  • Approval contact for decisions and scope changes

Clear information helps reduce downtime and unexpected costs.

Response times depend on availability, service type, and whether you are on an ongoing support plan. Maintenance plan clients typically receive priority scheduling.

Emergency or rush requests may incur additional fees.

IT & Networking services are a good fit if:

  • Your business relies on technology daily
  • You don’t have in-house IT staff
  • You need reliable, documented systems
  • You want practical solutions without unnecessary complexity

If your needs are personal or consumer-focused, this service is likely not the right fit.

Service pricing includes local travel within 50 miles round-trip of WONGA Studios. Projects requiring travel beyond this distance may incur additional travel-related fees, which can include mileage, airfare, lodging, and per-diem expenses depending on the location and duration of the project.

Any required travel costs are discussed, itemized, and approved in advance before work is scheduled. No travel expenses are incurred without prior client approval.
