A structured, scope-driven process that keeps projects clear, accountable, and on schedule.

WONGA Studios uses a principal-led workflow with defined deliverables, written approvals, and practical communication. The result is predictable execution without handoffs, surprises, or open-ended work.

How We Work

WONGA Studios follows a structured, scope-driven approach across all creative and technology services. The goal is simple: predictable outcomes, clear accountability, and work that functions reliably in real business environments.

This process applies to all engagements, whether a one-time project or an ongoing service arrangement.

WONGA Studios Design Suite

A Principal-Led Engagement Model

Every project at WONGA Studios is led directly by the principal. Clients work with the same person responsible for planning, execution, and delivery from start to finish.

There are no account manager handoffs, rotating teams, or disconnected points of contact. When additional capacity or specialized expertise is required, vetted contract professionals are brought in selectively and managed directly. Oversight, communication, and quality control remain centralized at all times.

This model ensures consistency, accountability, and efficient decision-making.

The WONGA Workflow

Discovery and Fit

Work begins with an initial conversation focused on business goals, constraints, timelines, and expectations. This stage is used to confirm that the project is a good fit and that requirements are clearly understood.

WONGA Studios provides business-focused services only. Consumer projects and open-ended creative exploration are not offered. If a project falls outside scope or is not a strong fit, this is addressed early to avoid wasted time or misaligned expectations.

Defined Scope and Written Approval

All work begins with a clearly defined scope of services. This includes documented deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and any limitations that apply to the engagement.

Scope approval is required before work begins. Requests that fall outside the approved scope require written approval and may involve additional fees. This process protects both parties and ensures that timelines, pricing, and deliverables remain predictable.

Pricing and Payment Structure

WONGA Studios works on a project-based or structured service basis. Pricing is defined in advance and tied directly to the approved scope of work.

Open-ended arrangements and undefined retainers are not offered. Payment terms are outlined before work begins and must be accepted prior to scheduling or production.

Execution and Communication

Work is performed according to the approved scope and timeline. Communication is handled directly with the principal and is structured to support progress without disruption.

Unscheduled requests, on-demand creative changes, or work outside the agreed scope are not included unless approved in advance. This approach ensures focus, efficiency, and consistent delivery.

Use of Contract Support

When appropriate, contract professionals may be engaged to support specific aspects of a project. These collaborators are selected based on project requirements and brought in only when needed.

All contract work is overseen directly by WONGA Studios. Clients do not manage contractors, and no work is delegated without supervision or review.

Review, Delivery, and Revisions

Deliverables are reviewed against the approved scope prior to final delivery. Included revisions are defined as part of the scope and applied accordingly.

Requests for additional revisions, new features, or expanded deliverables are treated as scope changes and require approval before work continues.

Ongoing Support and Maintenance

Some services include optional ongoing support or maintenance. These arrangements are structured, scheduled, and clearly defined.

For recurring services such as social media management or IT maintenance, availability is limited to agreed timeframes and service windows. Unused services do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Travel and Service Area

WONGA Studios operates as a service-area business based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Pricing includes up to 50 miles of round-trip travel.

Travel beyond this range may incur mileage, airfare, lodging, and per-diem expenses. All travel-related costs are approved in advance.

Who This Process Works Best For

This process is a strong fit for businesses that value:

  • Clear scope and predictable pricing
  • Direct access to the person doing the work
  • Defined deliverables and timelines
  • Practical solutions built for long-term use

It may not be a fit for clients seeking unlimited revisions, on-demand creative work, or loosely defined engagements.
